My passion is training and coaching ADU Builders and ADU Sales Consultants to achieve the personal goals that make life extraordinary for them, their families and their customers by solving customer’s biggest housing problems such as homes for aging parents, finding affordable middle housing, or increasing their cash flow and net worth.

I hold a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, specializing in employee selection, personality assessment, training systems design and performance management.
